Some moments stay with us forever, and one of them was the day Marija and Jerko said yes to a photoshoot in the beautiful town of Kupres, Bosnia and Herzegovina. As their wedding photographer in Kupres and Vitez, I had the privilege to capture their warmth, humor, and deep connection.

Marija and Jerko radiate joy and positive energy. Every glance between them shows how devoted they are to each other, their family, and life itself. When Marija told me she worked in forensics, I was stunned by her bright personality, which defied every expectation. It reminded me that love stories often bloom where we least expect them.

Since I’ve known Jerko and his family since school, photographing their wedding carried a special weight. Not because I tried harder, but because seeing familiar faces in new roles was both surreal and deeply emotional. Capturing those authentic moments felt like freezing time itself.

A few days later, we headed to Kupres for the photoshoot. The fog, which many find gloomy but I adore, wrapped the couple in a cinematic atmosphere. Reflections in the water and the soft mountain light created images I’ll never forget.
